He was repeatedly re-elected and held office in the organisation for the next 22 years.\u00a0 Throughout this time, he worked shoulder to shoulder with Shri J.S. Raju, the president of the Tamil Nadu Federation.\u00a0 During these two decades, they co-led several focused TESTF movements, negotiations, and conferences that improved the quality of life of the state teachers and primary education to tremendous success.\u00a0 While he was state secretary, he understood the national needs in primary education, challenges faced by primary teachers, and children\u2019s futures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
